Implants

A dental implant is a replacement for a natural tooth root that can be used to support a crown or bridge, or to anchor a denture in place.

Crowns and bridges on implants

When a tooth or molar is missing, we can use a dental implant and place a crown on it. If multiple teeth are missing, an implant-supported bridge can be made. In this case, two or more implants serve as the foundation to replace three or more teeth or molars. Both crowns and bridges on implants are fixed in the mouth and can only be removed by the dentist using special instruments.

Implant-supported denture

When a large number of teeth or molars are missing, it is also possible to create an implant-supported denture. In this case, a small attachment is placed on the implants, allowing the denture to snap securely into place.
